I'll take the guy at face valve that he wasn't trolling for dates. Regardless, we have a few members here that keep a close eye on such things, so that doesn't bother me as much as this photo thing! (Thanx Tom!) And, no, I don't think he had anything to do with the deleted photos whatsoever... if I gave anyone that impression, I'm sorry!

I'm extremely happy and relieved to hear that neither moderator had a hand in this... such an act would have been too heavyhanded on their part without having given some notice! And I'm saying it was heavyhanded because I know, for a fact, that a number of the deleted photos were not in violation of the TOU in any way, shape, or form... some of them I had posted, and I'm talking fully clothed, non-copyrighted photos! (BTW, our petite lady that posted her bald photos is still a member here, and I'd encourage her to re-post her photos!)

As a moderated tribe, anyone, member or not, can cruise our threads and our album. And, anyone, member or not, can flag any photo! Apparently, someone went through the tribe's album and selectively culled and tagged photos. As I understand it, once a photo has been tagged it triggers the TOU guy, and the photos are simply deleted without any warning. I believe they're not even looking at the tagged photos, or the remaining (untagged) photos in the album... why else would a non-copyrighted, fully clothed photo be deleted, and a copyrighted pussy shot be left?

All I know is, if our photos aren't safe from random raids, perhaps we should think about going private. I don't like the idea, but what other alternatives do we have? And if we do go private, the moderator's job gets compounded because she'll have to be very selective of who's allowed to join!

This whole thing just sucks... and I'm planning to complain to tribe admin!!! (Talk about falling on deaf ears... but I've got to try!) They created this mess, and they'll have to put some other controls in place to keep this shit from happening!!! ...thom
