Well of course you're limiting yourself by only being willing to date petite women. That's the nature of a "requirement" for dating. And no, there's no specific place to meet petite women unless you find some "petite women convention" or someone in this tribe happens to find you attractive and want to date you.

Petite women aren't any different from other women. They are out in the world living their lives just like the rest of us.

In my lifetime I have dated a lot of petite women....because that's who I find most attractive and who I tend to be drawn into connection with. They also have certain emotional/life choices that have attracted me as well. There have been plenty of petite women I wasn't emotionally attracted to as well and plenty of not-so-petite women that I was attracted to also.

So....just go out and meet people doing the things you like to do in the world. And when you meet a petite woman who likes the things you do....then flirt with her.
